SRS undertook the entire roofing, cladding and internal fitout of the new two storey showroom and office building, customer service drop-off, and automated carwash and detailing facility.
The new dealership incorporates a double height vehicle showroom with offices & amenities for the sales and service teams on the ground floor & mezzanine level. Externally, the building includes some 1400m2 of 0.42bmt Zincalume Superdeck roofing, feature 0.42bmt Colorbond Night Sky Custom Orb horizontal fascia cladding and 0.55bmt Colorbond Night Sky Boulevard Finesse cladding to the Toyota corporate designed fascia. The large undercover 400m2 customer service drop off area features 0.42bmt Colorbond Surfmist perforated Custom Orb corrugated ceiling soffit lining. Finally, the external cladding to the new car wash facility and detailing facility comprised 9mm Exotec cladding.
Internally, the fitout features some 1400m2 of Thermatex Mercure acoustic mineral fibre ceiling tiles on Rondo two exposed roll form suspended grid, and plasterboard lined Rondo steel stud walls with aluminium partitioning to offices. The automated carwash facility is clad with 75mm Bondor Coolroom colorbond surfmist panel.
