SRS was proudly selected to undertake the massive new 4000m2 Carl Zeiss facility at Tonsley. Headquartered in Germany the Zeiss group employs over 31,000 employees and generated over $6.4 billion (Euros) globally in 2019, specialising in Semiconductor Manufacturing Technology, Industrial Quality & Research, Medical Technology and Consumer Markets.
The team at SRS excelled in delivering the unique geometric lines of the entire external perimeter walls formed with Rondo 1.15bmt steel studs forming the unique angular window shapes.
Internally, the huge expanse of ceilings throughout the facility feature AMF Thermatex Mercure Complete mineral fibre acoustic ceiling tiles on Rondo two way exposed suspended roll form steel grid. Delivering on time and on budget SRS provided the skill and expertise in achieving a strikingly architecturally and aesthetically appealing and high quality result for their clients.
