Commercial project
SRS was proudly involved in the redevelopment of the Glenelg foreshore now known as Holdfast Shores. The project spanned over nearly four years and involved the construction of three residential apartment blocks, Marina Pier, Marina East, and Lights Landing and finally The Oaks Plaza Hotel. The project was a massive undertaking and commitment involving over some 10,000m2 of 0.42bmt colorbond stainless steel Slate Grey Custom Orb roofing, with the dominant feature being the striking beach facing copper clad dome to Marina Pier.
SRS was proud to have been involved in this award winning transformation of the Glenelg foreshore and our experience in management and operations was key to the confidence our client had in our capacity in contributing to the success of this project.
