SRS was proudly selected to partner with long term client Emmett to provide the entire roofing, wall cladding, and external louvres, to the two story office and warehouse facility of Blackwoods at Regency Park. Additionally SRS also completed the fitout of the corporate offices.
This purpose built facility features over 8000m2 of 0.42bmt zincalume Bluescope Lysaght Trimdeck roofing and over 2000m2 of special colour 0.42bmt colorbond Blackwood's corporate Passionate Blue Bluescope Lysaght Trimdeck wall cladding.
The internal fitout consisted of over 800m2 of Fricker Constellation 610A square edge mineral fibre acoustic ceiling tiles on Rondo suspended steel grid, and over 400 lineal metres of Knauf plasterboard lined Rondo steel steel studs.
